Keiter Builders has started construction on a new master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet addition in Whately, MA. Designed by Architect Charlie Fox, this new living space will merge modern day energy efficiency with old world charm.

Keiter Builders has the opportunity to work with Wright Builders and r.k. Miles on the Dewey Hall Project at Smith College. The complete overhaul of the building includes new mechanicals, insulation, roofing, siding, and windows. Keiter Builders is responsible for the installation of 84 Marvin Windows.

Keiter Builders, Inc. is awarded a contract to install 83 Marvin windows in the Dewey House at Smith College in Northampton, MA. We will be working on this project with r.k. Miles, Inc. and Wright Builders, Inc. during the summer of 2012.

Keiter Builders has completed a new screen porch and deck for a customer in Amherst, MA. Although the project was slated to start in the Spring, due to the unusual winter weather, we were able to excavate and pour concrete in the middle of February! We are pleased to say that we not only completed the project on time, we completed it before it was scheduled to begin!
