Pete St. Martin

The project consisted of demolition, restructuring, and a new wall layout. In addition, Keiter Builders updated the insulation with a new spray foam envelope of the existing building. The interior space was remodeled to create a new custom bar, two new bathrooms, and a new entryway. Other interior finishes included new lighting, new LVT and carpet flooring, and sheetrock and paint.
