Smith College — Track and Softball Field

The project’s main objectives were to bring the facilities into NCAA compliance, accommodate additional spectatorship, and revitalize an outdated complex.

The reconstruction of the softball field and track involved demolition, new electrical and storm water infrastructure, new dugouts, bleachers, lighting, and widening of the track. As the Construction Manager, Keiter Builders worked with the Design Team during an accelerated pre construction phase to line-up all federal, state, and municipal permits, procure specialty contractors, and incorporate all end-user requirements into the project.
